osgi export a plugin project bundle, how to include inside the jar package

If created a plugin project abc, build path which joins a ojdbc jar package, export, export to depolyable plug-ins and / or fragments, the final form of abc.jar, with osgi run this abc.jar the results ojdbc bag can not find a class , ojdbc packet is not included abc.jar within , abc.jar size is only 20k.
