May I ask how in VMWare remove Linux

Had wanted to upgrade the kernel , but has not been successful , there is no other way,
ready to remove the old version ready to install the new version. My Linux is a virtual machine VMWare workstation 8.0
installed , I would like to ask if you want to get rid of Linux, how to do ?
( VMWare interface can unload it ? , or directly on the hard deleted ?)

right can be deleted , if the file is not deleted on your hard disk clean, you can manually go to clean, delete
