In placing a tomcat project directory xls file , jsp page a refresh of the file is automatically deleted

As stated , the online search failed , posting seeking to deliver.



I tried to empty the "work" under the file cache , also placed in the xls file eclipse corresponding project.

but failed to work unless someone does not know the reasons and solutions ?

I did not use the ant packaging , engineering where there is no build.xml file
