About JSP file references the CSS file problem

Today the good web design inside the DW import myeclipse , the original html file , and then I put eclipse unified them into something . Jsp files, but a chilling thing happened, some CSS styles actually fail , and the Internet to find answers to many many people are not referenced to CSS , but my situation is a reference to the appropriate jsp files css file , but only the application of some styles, other styles are ineffective .
There is no god encountered such a problem , the solution ah ~
