NetBeans IDE 7.3.1 font mapping problem

NetBeans IDE 7.3.1 English font selected when the Chinese not display properly garbled. Select the font name for the Chinese only those fonts that can properly display Chinese . But, like Monospaced font is not a problem that should be done logically mapped . Now you want to configure NetBeans IDE 7.3.1, fonts do other logical mapping . Results , tried numerous methods are not working.
