Intranet web server can not access the public network

There intranet server tomcat, port 8080. Intranet access all machines can http://192.168.1.150:8080 .
I use Telecom's broadband , dial-up router , there is a public network ip, has been done on the router port 8080 is mapped to 192.168.1.150 intranet server.
machines within the network can then http:// public network ip: 8080 visit . Is outside the network can not access a computer .
