xcode compiler error

xcode Compile time this issue is not got a clue , I hope to understand a friend to help.
Furthermore , products under the target is red, which is why ?

directory does not exist problem has been solved , and now can not find the library . What does this mean ? I did not add -lcrypto.0.9.8 this library ah.
