JSP display case there are three seconds behind the decimal point when Timestamp datatype how to solve ?

This code displays the timing of orders in the jsp : $ {requestScope.order.orderdate}
orderdate which data type is Timestamp, how to get rid of seconds without changing it back under three decimal data type of situation ?
