html page apache-tomcat-7.0.32 can not be accessed on the issue

I use apache-tomcat-7.0.32 server , and has started to create a myfile.html files on apache-tomcat-7.0.32 installation directory under the webapps directory in the browser address field, enter myfile. network Address html files, but the display says resources are not available . I should myfile.html file on apache-tomcat-7.0.32 installation directory under which directory ? In the browser 's address field how to enter the network address myfile.html file ? you build a subdirectory under webapp directory, and then put your html files into them, and then start tomcat server. Or, you open your ide, build a project , build your html in the project , and then deploy to the tomcat, start the service , enter the access address .
