eclipse for javaee not start an external server tomcat

My machine is equipped with a two eclipse
one is the development of the initial JavaSE that eclipse. ( did not install any plug-ins )
There is another eclipse javaee version ( download all in one).
I wrote the first version of eclipse javaee a Hello program met strange ...
server settings are also equipped with a good , point run on server, server to start, the console is also output the startup message
But the printed message, the server seems to have stopped .
when tested with a browser , even less tomcat home visit .
tomcat webapps directory to read, should the project not deployed in the past ,
