CentOS5.5 yum install test problems

I var / www / html folder below built a test.html file , enter the address in your browser : http://127.0.0.1/test.html error , the error is as follows:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to acces / test.html on this server.
Apache/2.2.3 (CentOS) Server at 127.0.0.1 Port 80.
