maven eclipse project dependency jar did not subcontract management

I passed maven compile, and after the eclipse , import the project , the results depend jar mess , as shown

This project is above the others in my downloaded items.

put all the jar files are thrown into the middle of jar libraries go ah !
But this project is not the , jar in the library outside
